For example, Facebook’s Live video lets you connect in real-time with your audiences. Instagram’s Stories are great for increasing brand awareness and providing product information. Twitter Hashtags also allow you to connect and attract followers.

  1. Collaboration

Collaboration means working with everyone. Businesses need to extend their reach beyond their internal employees and consumers and collaborate with other brands and influencers to attract new audiences. Influencers have their followers who can recommend your brand’s product, which will help you gain access to new audiences. You can collaborate with influencers to work on a short-term project and share the benefits. But before collaborating, check whether the influencer is relevant to your niche and serves your audience.
